Refund policy

If your product was damaged during shipping, please email DamagedGoods@ExplicitContents.co and include the following: 
  • Your original order number in the subject line (this can be found in your order confirmation email).
  • An image of your damaged card with all original packaging visible (including the outer envelope). 

We’ll get a free replacement shipped to the same address as your original order ASAP!
